A major design engineering firm commissioned NavalScan to prepare a recorded point cloud of the ship to support the design work for a major refit. This refit was to include the construction of a ballast tank water treatment system. BWTS.
In this particular case it was required to modify an existing installation. A total of 120 individual scan positions were recorded, on three different decks.
