NavalScan was commissioned by a large design engineering studio to prepare a registered point cloud of the vessel to support design works for a significant refit. This refit was to include the construction of a purpose build deck for a helicopter landing pad.
The client also commissioned the scanning of the engine compartment for potential future works on the vessel. 150 individual scanning positions were recorded.
